Fat: the word creates frustration in mind as everybody wants to lose it. If you have the same issue and want to get rid of thick layer on your body, you are at right place.

Let us start with basics. Fat is something that appears above or muscles and below our skin.Not only it looks bad, but it is also strong invitation to cholesterol and heart issues.


Generally, The first step people take to lose fat is Going to gym or running at park or somewhere. Well it undoubtedly  helps to lose weight, but losing fat is somehow takes more work than that.


First of all one should be cleared that losing weight and losing fat are two different goals. Let me clear that, Losing weight will never make u look muscular and lean but controlling your fat percentage will surely does.

Then your true journey begins.First of all let me clarify the sad truth that CARDIO ALONE NEVER BURNS FAT. Yes guys, you read that right. If you think,  i will run this much kms in specific time,so and so, its good for your health only. Dont think you can burn your fat with this.

HOW TO BURN FAT?

Now the main story begins. Fat burning depends on your nutrition. The amount of nutrition you provide to your body. The amount of protein, ratio of carbs, and How much healthy fat you provide.

First thing you need to check is your diet. Proper nutrition is key to fat loss.Proper nutrition means high protien - low carbs diet is the key to lose fat tissues from body. Remember that you dont need to be only on salads and juices. That will lead you to lose weight not fat.

Secondly, Weight training is also a major factor to get lean.  Providing proper weight on muscles plus high protein n low carbs diet will surely lose your fat percentage combined with cardio will lead you towards fat loss.

Other point to be noted is brain works on a carbs.  Low carbs means you don't need to cut all the carbohydrates from your food, that will lead you to dizziness.  Decrease your carbs and increase protein gradually.

So guys,  Nutrition is the key here for fat loss not the cardio only. Remember that nutrition is 80% responsible for any fitness goals.

Make sure you are eating food that are rich in nutrition values, that will lead you towards your goals and healthiness also. Take your first step now,  manage your diet and get rid of unwanted fats.
