Fat loss vs Weight loss

FAT LOSS AND WEIGHT LOSS: First of all i hope you got cleared by reading this sentence that these both are different goals.Generally people mixes both the things and gets resulted in losing weight only, fat is still remaining in their body.

One should be cleared that weight is the sum of Organs, Muscles and Bones and Fat is the thick layer between muscles and skin.Losing the weight does not mean you are fit enough.

  Weight loss= Loss of Muscles + loss of fat +Water loss

  Fat loss = Loss of fat tissues without losing muscles

HOW TO REDUCE WEIGHT ?

This is helpful to you if your BMI is more than normal range. Remember that BMI never clears the amount of fitness of a person. Most of sportsmen , Athlete having BMI  of more than 28 or more, can be fit if the weight comes from only muscles. 

Losing weight seems more easier then losing fat. If you are person with more obesity, you mostly dont care about losing muscles. Thats why it becomes easier than fat loss.

Most important thing you need to do to lose weight is controlling your diet. NUTRITION PLAYS 80% role in any fitness related goals. So what you need to do is to have caloric deficit diet. Cut the calories you are eating today. Do cardio daily to cut the weight comes from sugar. Stop eating sugary and salty food.Yes, Losing weight is as simple as this! 

HOW TO REDUCE FAT?

Now when it comes to fatloss , you must be little knowledgeable about body science. Body takes fat as a fuel when you provide low carbohydrates to your body and as a result, you burn fat! Let me clear that doing cardio daily will never lose your fat from body. You have to combine weight training and proper diet also to lose fat. High protein,Low carbs diet is the key to lose fat.

Fat loss = High Protein diet + weight training + cardio

Remember that, doing cardio only at gym or park will only lose your weight not fat!
