FITNESS AND MUSCLES

'Fitness' : When we hear this word, the first thing comes into our mind is a guy with Tight and body touching shirt whose muscles  are willing to come outside it. Now the question is DOES FITNESS ONLY RELATED TO MUSCLES AND SIXPACK? 

Lets Find out what the real fitness means.

Actually, Fitness Does not only mean having six or eight pack of abs or Eyes catching muscles.Scope of fitness is very larger and beautiful then it seems.

Fitness is something a person is able to do any activities at anytime. Relax! This does not include mountain climbing at any time. Simply, FITNESS means amount of freshness, a person is having at the end of routine day.
When we regularly do our work like Cooking,Cleaning,Driving,Going to office, Daily works etc that costs energy from us. Hence, It is said 'nothing is free'. At the end of day, some amount of energy which is remaining in human body,can be called fitness of person.

What Makes you Fit?

As said before, Fitness is not only related with being regular in gym but also,Very important factor that plays role here is your eating habits. Yes, NUTRITION is the key of your fitness level.According to one survey, 
80% fitness goals are depended on your diet. Make sure your diet is proper in nutrition values including protein,carbs and healthy fats with vitamins and minerals too.When it comes to gym, yes, it plays major role in fitness. Cardio makes your heart stronger and keeps you fresh all the day but similarly, people who never tastes a sweat by doing cardio, can also be fit with being regular in routine life with normal activities like walking and basic work.

Now a days, Factors like Pollution,Tension,Junk food etc also plays the role in keeping you fresh all the day. These are the things that can not be changed but here are some tips that can make you feel fresh all the day:

Have proper food.Eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2 hours.Make sure your food is full of healthy in nutrition values.Have control on Salt and Sugar

Drink plenty of water, minimum 2-4 ltrs a day.(Gradually increase)

Have Basic Exercise daily including Walking or jogging in the park. Yes,Joining Gym is best option obviously!

Have some time for activities that makes you fresh (i.e. Music,Reading)
  
Avoid : Junk food,Soft Drinks,Oily food

Having Freshness all the day directly increases your Efficiency and Enthusiasm towards your work that leads you to beautiful results ahead and also keeps you healthy all the over the year. Thats Why "FITNESS is AWESOMENESS"
