"I have been working hard since many months or many years but not getting enough results. Not able to lose fat or not gaining muscles ,what should i do? Will i never be able to lose fat, will i never get muscles?"
I asked this and read this question almost everywhere. Lets discuss all these things in details.
My first suggestion and answer to all these people is to have patience.Be cool inside and keep working hard.Transformation does not take place in few weeks or few months.If it is easy,everybody could do it.
Now lets begin the topic, Main reason of not having result is your diet. Yes guys, I keep telling you in each article that nutrition is 80% of any fitness goal. No matter what your goal is,whether you want to gain muscles or lose fat, you are male or female, no matter how hard you go in gym, no matter how much reps you hit, similarly also doesnt matter the weight you take in gym, If your diet is not proper and if you dont know what you are eating, you will never get results.
FAT LOSS DIET
Losing fat is not simple as losing weight, but also that is not a rocket science! Take few steps today, and see the difference.
1. Fix your diet. Here, Fixing your diet doesnt mean you only eat salads and veggies. Crush diet loses your weight only. What you need to do is control your protein and carbs intake. Lower the carbs and higher the protein intake.
2. Eat high protein food like egg whites, beans, lentils
etc
3. Have vitamin-c, it plays major role in fat loss.
Have some Orange or pomegranate daily.
4. Don’t only depend on cardio. Weight training
plays major role in losing fat. Do cardio only 3 times week. If your diet is
proper, you will lose fat with combination of weight training plus cardio and
protein rich food.
5. Don’t be too much strict regarding fitness. One
should be knowing that cheating your meals improves metabolism.
6. Cut the calorie intake. For example if you are
taking 3500 kcal a day, then cut it to 1800-2000 kcal per day. Make
sure your carb intake is lower than protein.
7. Track yourself by pictures and readings. Measure
your fat percentage and work according to it.
Now i think your picture is cleared and make sure to have some calm. Dont lose faith in you , suffer today and shine tommorow. Having a fat in control does not only make you look great but also cures health issues.
