Supplements, Do they build muscle really?

Is there anyone who does not want to look muscular and shredded? Mostly, Human likes to attract other and muscles are huge part of it. However, Getting perfectly shaped body asks lot of control and dedication from you. 

Generally people who wants to transform the body into other level needs lots of patience. When they break the limit of it, they want shortcuts to achieve it and immediately thinks about supplements. But, are they really gives what people think? Lets be clear about it.


My first answer is BIG NO.There is nothing termed "shortcut" in fitness industry.

Talking about supplements, They are not magic guys. They do not build muscles in your body. If they build it,everybody in the world would take it and have lean body! But yes , at the same time i am not saying they are totally worst thing to spend money.

Supplements do work when few things are combined. Few things means , Your sincere effort in gym plus your nutrition. Yes, If you give them all these, they will build you muscle for sure. So, Supplements are just ADD-ON. They never builds muscle but surely provides a strong push to your results. 

The work you do in gym is just 10-15% the rest is nutrition.Supplements provide yourself what your food cant. If they taken in sincere manner, they will surely help you. 

WHY YOU NEED SUPPLEMENTS?

Generally, People who have fitness enthusiasm , follows a strict diet to get towards goals. Now in their diet, they can never take all the important nutrients from food. Hence they need external input from that nutrient, called supplement. 

Remember that there is a lot of difference between supplements and steroids. Supplements should never be treated as steroids. If taken wisely, Supplements going to help you for sure. 

Remember that , "there is no fix rule in taking supplements. There is nothing like that , if you take supplements,you get muscle and if you do not take supplement,you will never have a muscle."

Hope you got the point,and we can conclude that supplements are not magic but if taken wisely and in combination with proper diet and proper workout, they can push you up and can provide a big plus , reaching towards your goals.
