Smoking and Fitness

Smoking : Some people likes it , some hates it badly and some are doing right now. Well we all know how much our lungs hate smoking. We are not going to talk that today. Topic of today is how smoking effects on your fitness goal? 


Lets take fat loss first. Does smoking effects fat loss? As you expected may be, Yes, smoking effects on fat loss. As we know, smoking gives you nicotine ,that your body does not like and surely hurts your body.

Further,You need testosterone in your body to achieve any fitness goal. Nicotine harms your hormone level and your goal gets delayed.Plus nicotine creates chain thus your body wants more and more number of item you use as a nicotine. So yes,smoking surely gonna hurt your fat loss process. 

Now when it comes to muscle building, it is not going to harm you that much. You will need more oxygen after nicotine and starts trouble in breathing for sure but somehow you still manage to hit 8 reps minimum. Well,that does not mean you will start taking nicotine.

Your lung going to have bad effect for sure no matter its muscle building or fat loss. I humbly request you to stop nicotine intake from today, and get serious fitness goals!
At least, first step you can take today is decreasing the quantity of nicotine you take.
